The main points of the Kenilworth meeting were:
  • the presentation of the in-company mentor's professional profile,
  • the mentor's skill card (mentor's competence matrix),
  • a collection of best practices in and outside EU regarding mentors’ trainings,
  • the initial design of the training course,
  • a presentation of project's website and social media and
  • a thorough presentation of the mentor’s certification scheme that is based on ISO 17024 rules and procedures as a quality management system and
  • the guidelines for creating an expert's committee to collect comments concerning the draft version of the deliverables.

All partners made presentations of the projects Intellectual Outputs' progress and level of completion and several discussions on the learner-centered course methodology and content were made, as it the in-company mentor's training course that has to be created is deemed as rather innovative and yet attractive to future mentors.
