Transnational Meetings

​#Mentor4WBL@EU has a clear project management and implementation strategy with all partners' active communication via a virtual workspace. Apart from the daily communication, there are 5 Transnational project Meetings and 4 Multiplier Events that engage all relevant stakeholders and provide our project with interactive feedback.

​1st Transnational Partners Meeting (Kick-off Meeting) in Athens, Greece, 03-04/12/2018


​Partners' first meeting in Greece aimed at clarifying project aims, milestones, schedules and all partners' responsibilities. Quality assurance and internal evaluation aspects of the project were also set.
​


​3rd Transnational Partners Meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland, 26-27/09/2019
​

​​The third transnational meeting was organized and hosted by project's partner ViaSyst. It focused on the learning outcomes that have to be achieved through the in-company mentors' training course and the content the latter should have in order to be innovative and interactive. 


​Final Transnational Partners Meeting, online, 18/01/2021
​

​​The final transnational meeting was organized and hosted online by the project's coordinator IME GSEVEE. It focused on the final outcomes that have to be delivered and the follow-up of the wohle project.


​2nd Transnational Partners Meeting in Kenilworth, UK, 10-11/04/2019


​Second transnational meeting in United Kingdom aimed at finilizing in-company mentors' professional profile, presenting a draft certification scheme for the course to be developed and setting the basics for the courses' syllabus design.

​4th Transnational Partners Meeting, online,

​

​​The fourth transnational meeting, organized online due to the coronavirus condition, aimed at finalizing the first four IOs of the project and moving to the next phase of the in-company mentors training course realization.

Multiplier Events

1st Multiplier Event in Kenilworth, UK, 09/04/2019

​The 1st Multiplier Event  in Kenilworth,  United Kingdom aimed at finilizing in-company mentors' professional profile, presenting a draft certification scheme for the course to be developed and setting the basics for the courses' syllabus design.

2nd online Multiplier Event, 09/06/2020

The 2nd Multiplier Event was organized online by project's partner Bahcesehir University and was really successful as more than 100 participants from all over Europe gathered and provided us with valuable feedback.

3rd online Multiplier Event, 03/11/2020

Pre-certification training session for examiners & candidates, 30/11/2020
The 3rd  Multiplier Event was organized online by the Greek project's partner OAED with presentations of the in-company WBL mentors' e-course an e-certification process with great success and stakeholders' participation.
The 2-hour webinar for the familiarisation of the examiners and candidates participating in the pilot phase of #Mentor4WBL@EU with thee-certification  process and the platform took place on Monday 30th November 2020 with great success.

Online Final Conference, 18/01/2021

The Online Final Conference was organized online by the Greek project's coordinator IME GSEVEE with presentations of the project's final deliverables with great success and stakeholders' participation.
